The chance for a unique and rejuvenating experience at the CYM Yoga & Meditation Retreat in Chiang-Mai

Chutinan “Oum” Phimtawong

I was born in Thailand but now live in Copenhagen, Denmark. I’m 51 years old.

Meditation and yoga have been a natural part of my life as a Buddhist growing up in Thailand. I’ve practiced it since I was 10 years old. It’s an ancient heritage with origins in India that we can all gain something truly life-enhancing from. With the right deep breathing techniques, you can experience a higher quality of wellbeing in your daily life.

Our ability to focus and concentrate is enhanced by meditation. It enables us to appreciate being in one place at a time. With patience and practice, you will regain your love of life, and your ability to forgive and let go of anger, anxiety, and stress symptoms. You will learn how to live calmly in a noisy, crowded world, how to be at peace with yourself without experiencing any undue fears.

Yoga is the union of mind and soul.

Enjoy the experience of Asana Yoga and learn to love and care for yourself.
